Exterior Design

The design of the new Jaguar XF starts with a few familiar elements. You'll get the Double J-Shaped LED headlights that have become a staple of the Jaguar design language in recent years. You'll also get the rounded rectangular grille with honeycomb insert that blurs the line between muscle car and elegant luxury. And with the long wheelbase and wide stance of this luxury sedan, it's got a commanding road presence that is sure to turn heads around Birmingham.

Interior Design

The cabin of the new Jaguar XF is one that surrounds you with modern elegance. The dash lines are clean and crisp, running straight across from the passenger side through the bezel over the instrument cluster. A sweeping line mimics the J-Shaped headlight signature in between the passenger and driver sides, giving the dash a bit of character without being overstated. And with a waterfall center stack that sweeps down through the center console, the entire cabin feels clean and cohesive.

Performance

You'll find a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine under the hood of the new Jaguar XF, and it offers two different outputs depending on what you choose. The standard kit offers up 246 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, while the tuned version churns out 296 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. The lower-spec model offers a choice of either rear-wheel or all-wheel drive, while the upper level Jaguar XF is only available with all-wheel drive.

Technology

The 11.4-inch central infotainment display has a party piece that most others don't. The curved glass is a first for Jaguar and helps make visibility a breeze by reducing screen glare. It comes standard with a 12-speaker Meridian premium audio system to convey your music, podcasts, and phone calls with stunning clarity. And with the Jaguar InControl remote, you can control a variety of functions in your Jaguar XF, even while you're out biking or fishing. Start the engine and set the climate control settings using your smartphone before head back to the car, or unlock the doors for safe package delivery while you're at work.

Safety

The new Jaguar XF has safety covered in every direction. The forward collision warning and automatic emergency braking systems detect vehicles and pedestrians ahead of you, helping slow you down if you're approaching too quickly. Lane keep assist and blind spot monitoring ensure you're aware of where you are relative to the vehicles and lanes around you, even if your mirrors can't see the whole picture. And with rear cross traffic warning, backing out of your driveway or parking space is easier than ever. You'll be warned of oncoming vehicles coming from either side, so you can wait for safer moment to emerge into traffic.
